Microsoft product portfolio. Being a software application allows Swyx to offer
functions as standard that many of our competitors can only offer through
premium additions. Functions such as Call Recording, Unified Messaging, Calendar
Based Call Routing and unlimited, unrestricted conferencing.
As a software application SwyxWare integrates seamlessly into your existing
network environment and supports many of the Windows Features we all use today
such as drag and drop call handling and Right Click configurations.
The Clients interface is an application called "SwyxIt" and gives users
unrivalled usability. The SwyxIt! Application is a must for all power users and
gives far more functionality than can be achieved by even the most expenses
feature phone. SwyxIt! is a Skin-able application that allows you to customise
the visual interface to suite your business requirements. Things like operators
consoles are standard for all users.

As Swyx is a licensed application adding more users is as simple entering a
licence key. No cards or cabinet are required and though the use of the Software
