they can be pointed to any number, anywhere in the UK. If you relocate or you
need to be able to redirect callers to one of your other sites, there is no
easier, more cost effective way to do so.

0800 / 0808 – freephone numbers are one way
to ensure a better response to marketing campaigns. Given that calls to you are
free, potential customers are more likely to try you than one of your
competitors.
0845 – encourage long term relationships
with your clients by subsidising the cost of their call, irrespective of where
they are calling from in the UK. They pay a small, fixed rate and so do you.
0870 / 0871 – if there is a guaranteed
demand for your customers to talk to you then one of these numbers may be the
most cost effective way to do so. Callers pay a fixed rate and, if call volumes
are high enough, you may even get some additional revenue.
International Numbers – if you want to move
into the market in another country a local number will help smooth the way. You
can get reports on how successful the number is and, in conjunction with your
telephone system, route those calls to staff with the appropriate language
skills.
