GP Telecom has been supplying a diverse range of Telecommunications to All
Global Ltd since their conception in 2002. Currently with 2 offices in London,
All Global are a dynamic data collection agency managing large, complex, multi-
country studies, as well as ad-hoc, or individual studies, across the globe.
As a new company it was important to All Global that their chosen provider could
offer a cost effective platform for around 30 staff members, which would be
flexible enough to change and grow with the business. Having met with a number
of potential suppliers they decided to award the contract to GP Telecom. The
solution was to install a Toshiba Digital DK280 which fell within the initial
budget but, as it was modular, the expansion procedure was simple, cost
effective and could be implemented without disrupting existing workstations.
That, coupled with Toshiba's clear and easy upgrade path, made the system the
obvious choice. Once GP Telecom had completed installation of the voice and
data cabling network, All Global were up and running.
Business developed quickly and today, All Global has 110 telephone interviewer
stations, 50 online recruiting stations and a 5-room viewing facility. The
variety of projects meant the system constantly had to be tweaked to accommodate
clients, different time zones etc. Whilst GP Telecom were always on hand to
assist with their dedicated technical help desk, All Global felt they had the
personnel in house who could manage this, if only they had the tools.

An upgrade to a Toshiba CTX670 late in 2003 provided, amongst other things
'Win- Admin' - a programming tool which enables moves and changes to be handled
internally. Further benefits include improved call handling (including agent
prioritised routing), unified messaging and further expansion capability. The
upgrade proved to be very cost effective because all existing handsets and most
of the internal cards could be retained. Better still, as the CTX670 is IP
enabled, should any VoIP requirements arise, the system is able to deal with
them.
All Global have 120 channels of ISDN30 and though, as a BT Wholesaler, GP
Telecoms' call charges are constantly checked to ensure they stay competitive
but there came a point when All Globals call spend was such that GP Telecom
advised them to have our Digital circuits with MCI Worldcom direct, installed -
this reduced their bills by 50%.
All Toshiba CTX equipment and associated Telecoms products are supported by GP
Telecom - this includes land line billing, digital and analogue lines, Broadband
Connections, Call Recording and Call Management. With so many different aspects
to the Network, it could be a headache for the client to manage but GP Telecoms
'one stop shop' approach means there is just one number to call, whatever the
problem, whatever the query. And as everything is on one bill valuable time is
not spent juggling invoices - this leaves more time for All Global to get on
with what they do best.
